Koshish

Mr. Matrika Devkota, Chairperson of KOSHISH received "Punawati Prasain Women Rights and Upliftment Award" from Honourable Minister for Energy Ms. Radha Gyawali on 17th August, 2014.

The award was given by Legal Aid and Consultancy Center (LACC) for building awareness on mental health as well as rescue, treatment and rehabilitation of women and children with mental illness caused by violence.

In the program, KOSHISH showed a short film on journey of recovery of a woman living with mental illness who was rescued by KOSHISH.
